Pawsome Fun Paddock has Public Liability Insurance; however, we do not accept any liability for any accident, injury or misadventure to property, persons, or animals, however so caused, whilst using this facility

If you are a Dog Walker, Dog Trainer etc, please ensure you have your own Public Liability Insurance. 

By paying to use Pawsome Fun Paddock, you acknowledge that you agree to the field rules and terms and conditions.

• Please DO NOT arrive before your allocated time slot (which are in 55-minute/25-minute slots) to minimise traffic and allow the previous hirers to have left the site.
• When leaving please be ready to leave at your allocated time (with a 5 minute buffer zone) to minimise disruption for the next customers arrival. (Failure to do so, repeatedly, could result in cancellation of future bookings).
• The booking is personal to the Hirer and may not be transferred or sublet.
• The Hirer shall ensure that noise nuisance is kept to an acceptable level while using the field.
• Please close ALL gates behind you.
• Please lock any gates you have unlocked when exiting the field and whether there is someone after you waiting. This is important and ensures everyone has booked a slot and is aware of their access code.
• All persons and their property, including dogs in the field, are there at their own risk. Pawsome Fun Paddock DOES NOT accept any liability for injury or damage/loss of property. The site is a field, and the surface could be uneven, muddy and/or wet under foot so please take care.
• Please be aware that if you or your dog(s) may sustain accidental injuries while on our premises you must agree to cover any personal or veterinary fees pertaining to yourself or your dog(s). Pawsome Fun Paddock, or its owners, will NOT accept any responsibility for the death, injury, or illness of any person(s) or dog(s) whilst using our facility. You are strongly advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
• Smoking, BBQ’s & Fires ARE NOT permitted on site under any circumstance.
• Please take all waste with you, there is no rubbish bin on site. Dog toys / tennis balls must be removed if brought on site, even if broken.
• All dog toys / tennis balls in the toy box are the property of Pawsome Fun Paddock. You are not permitted to take them home for your own use.
• Children under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult.
• If your dog has been immediately unwell in any way before, during or after using the field, or is suffering from a virus (e.g., kennel cough,) please inform Pawsome Fun Paddock as soon as possible.
• Although Pawsome Fun Paddock does not check, we expect your dogs’ vaccinations to be up to date.
• We operate on a ‘Scoop Your Own Poop’ policy. Please clear up after your dog using the poo bin provided near the gates. If you see any dog poo, that isn’t yours, please pick it up and report to pawsomefuncrewkerne@gmail.com
• There is no toilet or rubbish bin on site.
• There is no running water in the field but there is a drinking bowl in the toy box and bottled water.
• Escapees – The site is fully fenced up to 6 feet and has buried in chicken wire/a chicken wire skirt. However, if your dog is a tunneller or high jumper, we cannot guarantee that they will not escape. Please discourage your dogs from digging at all times and please report and fill in any holes your dog’s make.
• Cancellations: Pawsome Fun Paddock does not offer cancellations or refunds however we can reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule your booking, for any reason, please do so 24 hours before your booking and, preferably, by logging in to your account or contacting pawsomefuncrewkerne@gmail.com 
• No refunds on late arrivals or no shows.
• With the site being an open field, we apologise but wheelchair access is unfortunately very limited.
• If users are found continuously not adhering to the field rules, they unfortunately will not be welcome back in the field

• Pawsome Fun Paddock has permission to send email reminders containing the gate code and any relevant information about your booking.
