Cancellations*, Rescheduling, and other Amendments
You can reschedule an upcoming session by logging into your account and clicking on the clock icon on your booking.
Amendments must be made 12 hours before your booking starts. *Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on cancelled appointments.
However, you can reschedule your visit.
